Chef Brandon Hamilton brings 17 years of culinary experience, serving as Sous Chef at Twin Farms—Vermont’s only resort awarded Two Michelin Keys, a Forbes Five-Star rating, and membership in the exclusive Relais & Châteaux collection. With dual degrees in Baking & Pastry and Culinary Arts, he curates seasonal tasting menus that showcase his mastery of technique, flavor balance, and ingredient integrity.

Brandon’s culinary journey began at age 15 as a dishwasher, quickly advancing to line cook. These formative years ignited a passion for food systems, from sustainable agriculture to kitchen execution. Over time, he has worked in a range of elevated kitchens, always fostering a mentorship-driven approach to supporting aspiring cooks and home chefs.

Dedicated to food education and accessibility in Vermont, Chef Hamilton leads workshops throughout the South Royalton region. He collaborates with organizations such as the South Royalton Market Food Co-op and Bethel University VT to offer sushi-making classes, fresh pasta workshops, and virtual meal-planning groups, empowering home cooks and supporting community initiatives like the White River Land Collaborative.
